Purpose of the site
Krigsvold.org publishes educational material, institutional information, Fellowship records, and evidence-led advocacy concerning Antarctica, climate, and conservation.
The Count of Krigsvold is a symbolic dignity within the Grand Duchy of Westarctica. Neither the title nor this website exercises sovereignty, jurisdiction, governmental authority, or ownership over any Antarctic place.
Information, evidence, and advice
The site is intended for general information, education, and public argument. It does not provide scientific, engineering, legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice for a particular person or decision.
I make reasonable efforts to identify sources, state measurement periods, distinguish observations from projections and judgments, and review important claims. Science and public information nevertheless change, and the site may contain an error, an outdated link, or material that is no longer complete. Review dates describe when central claims were checked; they are not guarantees that nothing has changed since.

Fellowship information
This site describes the Count of Krigsvold Fellowship and its recipients. The current application page maintained by Westarctica controls eligibility, deadlines, required materials, and other terms for an award cycle if its terms differ from a summary here.
A Fellowship award does not make a Fellow an employee, agent, or spokesperson of James P. Howard, II, the Count of Krigsvold, or Westarctica. Fellows remain responsible for their research and views.
